Bravo's Family Karma, Season 3 finale

Rainbow Moss Step and Repeat

This one was made for Amrit Kapai and Nicholas Kouchoukos's wedding in
Alpharetta, Georgia, a step and repeat in preserved moss with the full rainbow running across it, set up outside at their Mehndi where it ended up in everybody's photos all night. Amrit called it an incredible backdrop, and then it turned up again on the Season 3 finale of Family Karma.

In the press

"An incredible backdrop"

It was built to be the spot everybody stood in front of, and that's exactly what happened, all night, so it's in most of the photos from that weekend. Bravo's Daily Dish ran a piece on the whole wedding, the outfits and the flowers and the food, and Amrit called the wall an incredible backdrop.

Keeping Moss in the Family

When Amrit's brother and sister-in-law got their new place he came back and asked me for a housewarming piece, so I pulled the colors straight out of the rooms it was headed for and worked them into preserved moss, plants and pieces of glass. It was so fun to make, and it's definitely one of my favorite creations.
